Customer Experience: MANDERWEAR Men's Underwear for Hiking

In our interview series, customers share when and why they choose MANDERWEAR. Whether in everyday life or facing special challenges – this is about real experiences with our men's underwear. This time: An enthusiastic hiker talks about comfort, function, and the great feeling of being on the go.

Interview with Alexis

1. Which model did you choose – White Oriental Garden or Saigon Royal – and what was the reason?

I chose the White Oriental Garden (LINK). The design immediately appealed to me – it's clean, but with a special accent. It somehow evoked wanderlust – and that fits perfectly with my hikes.

2. Tell us: What were your experiences with MANDERWEAR while hiking?

Honestly, I never thought underwear could make such a difference. Especially on longer tours, you quickly notice if something doesn't fit or rubs. That doesn't happen with Manderwear. The material is extremely light, dries quickly, and regulates the climate really well. I feel completely comfortable even after hours.

3. So you're convinced. Who would you recommend the shorts to for hiking?

Everyone who hikes regularly – or even just occasionally, but values comfort. Many underestimate how important good basics are. With shoes, that's clear to everyone. But when it comes to underwear, friction is accepted? Nobody should put up with that. Underwear is also among the basics, and it has to fit! I would say: Anyone who enjoys being outdoors should try Manderwear. You notice the difference immediately.

4. Do you have any personal tips for other men who want to try Manderwear?

Yes, definitely: Take a close look at the size chart – it's really well made, and if you measure yourself correctly, it will fit perfectly. And as for care: I wash my shorts normally at 40 degrees, but let them air dry – then they stay like new for a long time. And if you want to save money: it's worth looking out for sets or bundle offers. I immediately bought three and saved some money that way.

About Alexis

Alexis is the founder and managing director of MANDERWEAR. In his free time, especially on vacation, he enjoys hiking, preferably in warm regions like Southern Spain or the Canary Islands.
