Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only deliver within Germany – free of charge, reliably, and lovingly packaged. We are already working on being able to deliver to other countries in the future!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. We do our best to make sure your package arrives as quickly as possible!

How quickly will my order be shipped?

As fast as possible! Our products are in stock and ready for dispatch – this means: Your order can be packed and shipped directly after receipt of payment.

We process all orders chronologically – i.e. in the order they are received.

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days – your statutory right of withdrawal naturally applies.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You simply choose the shipping service provider and shipping method that suits you best. The costs depend on the rates of the respective provider.

Please include the cancellation form with your return – this way we can process everything faster and refund your money quickly.

Why do we only use premium fabrics?

Cotton dries relatively poorly and feels rough. The slow drying can create a moist environment and odor.

The fast drying of premium fabrics like Modal or Viscose counteracts a moist environment and thus odor, and they feel silky soft.

In addition, both Modal and Viscose have a significantly better environmental footprint than cotton, even if the latter comes from certified cultivation.
